Magazzino Italian Art
In conjunction with the exhibition NeoRealismo: The New Image in Italy, 1932–1960
Magazzino Italian Art is a private warehouse space that presents exhibitions on Postwar and Contemporary Italian Art, in particular Arte Povera, a radical movement of the 1960s and ’70s. We will travel up the Hudson via Metro North, then by free shuttle bus from Cold Spring to Magazzino. Following a gallery talk, participants will explore the striking architect-designed complex and enjoy the grounds. Bring a brown bag lunch.
Visit is free of charge, but tour-goers must purchase their own round-trip train tickets.
