Print Matters: Photography, Photobooks, and Contemporary Japanese Art

In conjunction with the exhibition For a New World to Come:
Experiments in Japanese Art and Photography 1968-1979

This intimate, salon-style discussion on the past and future of avant-garde photography and photobooks in Japan will be led by Yasufumi Nakamori, curator of the exhibition and associate curator of photography, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; Lesley A. Martin, creative director, Aperture Foundation; and Michael Famighetti, editor, Aperture magazine. Followed by a cocktail reception.

Organized by the Japan Society in partnership with Aperture Foundation. Tickets: $15/$12 Japan Society members, students, and seniors.
